At anytime a current account holder can contact support by navigating to the support page on their account dashboard, most support tickets are responded to within 24 to 48 hours. You will be notified by your selected channel when a response is available.
When you request for account deletion, your account will first be tagged as inactive. Once your account is tagged as inactive, you will no longer be able to log in.
The actual deletion of your data from our systems will be done after (31) days, in compliance with our terms of service.
To begin this process of deletion please email admin@surveydemand.com and write "Account deletion" in the subject line.
In your email please include your Full Name, Username, Account email, and Phone number linked to your account.
A representative will reach out to you requesting a confirmation code through both email and text message. Once confirmed your account and all related data will be deleted from our systems in the time frame stated above.
TCPA Opt-In Compliance
When you register an account with SurveyDemand.com you are required to agree to our SMS Opt-In policy to complete your account verification.
In doing so you give us permission to communicate important security changes to your account, support ticket creation, as well as enabling 2 factor authentication for account logins when requested by the account holder. We will always get consent prior to sending you any SMS messages and we will not request this consent over text messages.
Accounts that do not agree to this Opt-In policy shown here and at account creation will have no access to verify their account, resulting in an account deletion in 31 days.
Please note that your consent to receive SMS communications is stored and agreed upon for as long as you have an active account with us. Opting out will then result in limited account access and ability to make account changes.
Examples of messages you may recieve:
- "SurveyDemand.com Your one time login code is XXXX" (initiated by customer)
- "SurveyDemand.com Your account email has been changed if this was not by you please contact support" (initiated by customer)
- "SurveyDemand.com Your account password was changed please enter this one time password to confirm the change XXXX" (initiated by customer)
- "SurveyDemand.com Your support ticket was opened an should be replied to soon. To opt in to support reply notifications please login to your account and adjust this setting on your dashboard." (initiated by customer)
What we will not do with your phone number:
- We will not message you marketing material, promotions, or spam messages.
- We will not sell your information including your phone number to advertisers.
- We will not make your phone number public to any third parties working with SurveyDemand.
- We will never requestion additional personal information over SMS.
How to Opt out of SMS communications.
To opt-out of sms communication with our service you may do any of the following:
- Reply "STOP", "HALT", or "REMOVE" to a sms message and you will no longer recieve any messages from SurveyDemand.
- Login to your account and navigate to your account setting and disable "SMS Systems" or remove your phone number from your account.
- Email admin@surveydemand.com and request removal from our sms sending list.
Once you opt-out of SMS communication your account will experience limited account functionality. Including ability to have 2FA for account login, Make security changes to your account, as well as have your account marked as unverified which will result in account deletion if not corrected within 31 days as per our terms of service.
